Lunar New Year, January 29th, Special Supplemental Dinner items:
Imperial Rolls: Crispy rolls filled with ground shrimp & pork, mushrooms, glass noodles; chili-fish dipping sauce.
Prosperity Salad*: Tossed shredded vegetables, crispy shallots, taro, pomelo, and peanuts, ume dressing. Chili Branzino: Whole fish, chili sambal bean sauce, fried steamed buns.
Simmered Root Vegetables: Jerusalem artichokes, taro, lotus roots, Shiitake mushrooms, snap peas, tamari maple sesame glaze.
Pandan Crème Brûlée: Baked egg custard, sugar crust, tropical fruits.
